JUNIOR CLASS
Junior Classes
Classes at Choong-Moo are geared to providing a fun environment in which students can develop their Taekwon-do skills and fitness. Taekwon-do lessons incorporate warm up, stretching and cool down exercises; provide students with a core understanding of fundamental techniques and cover a variety of approaches to sparring and self-defence.
Students at Choong-Moo study all aspects of Taekwon-do, including self-defence, patterns, sparring, board breaking and special (flying!) techniques, and have the opportunity to compete if that is something that interests them. Gradings are held regularly and students can advance at their own pace. Classes are held during the ACT school term.
Junior classes are open to all students, from beginner to advanced, and run for 1 hour on Tuesday & Thursday evenings. We focus on developing basic skills, coordination and building an understanding of Taekwon-do.
Students can attend as many classes during the term as they like.
